Valentine Mochi making Workshop

Join us for a special Valentine’s Day workshop where we’ll be making four kinds of mochi (Daifuku) together!
The session will begin with an introduction to the ingredients, followed by step-by-step demonstrations on how to prepare the mochi dough, make the fillings, and wrap the mochi beautifully.
We'll then move on to hands-on mochi making. This time, we’ll also be creating mochi with chocolate as well!
 
After finishing, you’ll get to enjoy one freshly made mochi on the spot, and take home the remaining three.
 
Our instructor, Kumi, is known for her careful selection of high-quality, natural ingredients. She makes her mochi using minimally processed sugars and natural colorings whenever possible.
 
This workshop is perfect for friends, couples, and parents with children aged 11 and up.
