Valentine Mochi Making Workshop
Feb 13th (Fri) 6:00 - 7:30 (Evening Class) Fee: $70 plus HST
Join us for a special Valentine’s Day workshop where we’ll be making four kinds of mochi (Daifuku) together!
The session will begin with an introduction to the ingredients, followed by step-by-step demonstrations on how to prepare the mochi dough, make the fillings, and wrap the mochi beautifully.
We'll then move on to hands-on mochi making. This time, we’ll also be creatingmochi with chocolate as well!
