This is a fun filled active workshop where at times you will be asked to participate. So come with an open mind, a willingness to learn and some curiosity! Come prepared to have a good time!

Message from the lecturer: Stephanie Pimentel, a Certified Culinary Nutrition Instructor and Certified Health and Life Coach.
Hello!! My name is Stephanie Pimentel. I am a Certified Culinary Nutrition Instructor and Certified Health and Life Coach.
My passion for cooking began at a young age watching my father in the kitchen. His love and enthusiasm for food was contagious. Feeding our family and friends was one of his greatest joys. Food was the focal point for all our gatherings, bringing people together around a table for laughter, conversations, and connection. I still see food this way, as a form of connecting people.
My own health journey truly began 6 years ago when my father passed away. At this time, I was amid a divorce that had left me the unhealthiest, both physically and mentally, I had ever been. I knew I needed to make some changes. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired all the time. I wanted my power back. I wanted to feel strong, energetic, and vibrant again.
The culmination of these life struggles led me to studying and practicing nutrition and coaching. I knew food would be the starting point to getting healthy. I discovered the magic of fresh whole foods and how changing my lifestyle one food at a time allowed my body and mind to heal.This has become my purpose in life! To teach others how to reclaim their power, vibrancy, and energy through healthy cooking.
We aren’t supposed to be tired all the time. As humans it is our birth right to feel strong and energetic. I truly believe it starts in the kitchen.
