We are confident in the quality of the items we have  curated, however if, for whatever the reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. 

If order  arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it for the same item..

You, the customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you are returning an item.

 

For now, we are offering curbside pickup only for purchases made from our website.  However, if you are far away and you would like us to ship items to you, please email us at info@nagomi.ca to request.
